    Description
    Job Summary:

    Seeking a Professional to provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adult and child members with diverse mental health needs. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to strategize and supervise individualized treatment plans.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, coordinate, and assess clinical treatment programs for Health Plan members with mental health challenges.
    • Conduct outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
    • Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and maintain confidential records.
    • Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patients for appropriate medication.
    • Utilize resources to meet members' treatment needs.
    • Provide guidance and support to members' families.
    • Participate in program development and safety reporting.
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
    • Required licensing as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Clinical Counselor in California.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Proficiency in DSM-V for diagnosis.
    • Experience in assessing and treating psychiatric conditions.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of social service agencies and regulations.
    • Commitment to quality service and teamwork.
    • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in psychiatric treatment settings.
    • Professional maturity and commitment to quality service.
    • Proficiency in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.

    Hours Per Week: 40
    Shift: Day
    Workdays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun
    Work Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
