    Description

    Title: Lead/Delivery Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST API development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and constraints, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
    4. Coordinate resources, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to allocate tasks effectively and optimize team productivity.
    5. Drive the adoption of best practices and methodologies for software development and project management, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
    6. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, employing problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to overcome challenges.
    7. Communicate project status, updates, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management, providing transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.
    8. Champion the use of modern technologies and tools, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.
    9. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and commitment to delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
    10. Continuously evaluate and optimize delivery processes and methodologies, seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in software development, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST API development.
    3. Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
    4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    5. Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Agile, or Scrum.
    6. Experience in full-stack development and familiarity with related technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and relational databases is desirable.
    7. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and relevant technical certifications (e.g., Java, Spring) are advantageous.
    8. A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
