This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Saint Agnes to provide oversight of our Department of Surgery The ideal candidate will have shown the ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision; experience with developing organizational culture; history of effective recruitment of physicians and APPs; experience supporting graduate medical education; demonstrated effectiveness in leading teams to excellent quality outcomes; and character and demeanor reflective of the Mission, Vision, and Values of Ascension Saint Agnes.Responsibilities:
- The position will have an approximately 25% administrative component;
- Medical staff responsibilities include serving on the Medical Executive Committee;
- Administrative responsibilities include articulating the goals and vision for the department.
