Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll & Integration Lead to support the configuration and implementation of the Workday payroll solution in accordance with an agreed functional designKforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is responsible for configuration support and implementing part or all of the Workday payroll solution.
The selected candidate will work with the implementation partner and internal business partners on detailed functional design for payroll solution, System Performance management, planning and monitoring of maintenance strategies for the cloud solution, provide educated inputs on lifecycle sourcing needs, including contract negotiation, training services, restructuring activities, and program planning,
Improve process efficiencies enhancing cost savings minimizing operational risk exposure controlling critical vendor relationships handling vital software assets Recommend implement testing plans (A/B) to understand drivers of response value Participate meetings build trust with internal business customers understand business objectives seeks alignment define implement interfaces upstream downstream systems monitor Risks/Issues prepare appropriate mitigation plans ensure best practices followed required processes specifications documented Support sign-off/change management process technical changes proposed responsible systems Design develop support technical integrations both Workday Payroll Benefits HCM according KGIT standards .
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years experience delivering large-scale engagements combination Workday Payroll Time Tracking Absence Management leadership responsibilities
- Serve senior representative product solution issues large scale sophisticated deployments
