    EOWD Recruiting seeks a skilled and dedicated Pool Construction Specialist for our client in Littleton, MA. This individual will be responsible for constructing high-quality pools by collaborating closely with design teams, executing the construction of various pool components, and upholding the highest safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for those passionate about building high-quality pools.

    Responsibilities of our ideal pool builder include:

    • Collaborate with design teams to accurately plan and implement pool installations.
    • Lead the construction and fitting of pool and spa structures, plumbing systems, and finishing materials in line with specifications and safety regulations.
    • Maneuver diverse tool sets and machinery to measure, cut, and install materials such as tiles, concrete, and acrylic.
    • Execute waterproofing and sealing methods to perfection, ensuring the durability and longevity of the installations.
    • Address and rectify any arising construction or material issues throughout the project.
    • Perform site evaluations and organize the workspace to promote safe and productive construction activities.
    • Maintain active communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries during the project tenure.
    • Uphold a clean, orderly, secure job site, following all prescribed safety protocols and company policies.

    Qualifications and Skills for our Pool Installation Specialist

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pool construction
    • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
    • Proficiency in construction principles, comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, and building code compliance.
    • Proficiency in blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.
    • Physical fitness to perform strenuous manual labor, including heavy lifting and operation of construction machinery.
