$ - $A collaborative workers compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care.

Schedule:
Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7:30-4:30,
~ 60% in-person / 40% telehealthvisits conducted in the office
~ Annual performance bonus $10K-$40K+
401K (4% match after the 1 st year, with immediate vesting)
Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid holidays
$1+ year of independent post-grad clinical experience(orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management background preferred).
