    Description
    PAVC seeks a Director of Operations to strengthen and advance the church's day-to-day operations, especially Sunday services.

    This role reports to the Lead Pastor, and supports the church's mission, vision, and values by leading the church's operations, finance, human resources, and communications.

    This role is responsible for overseeing our facilities, facilities staff and Sunday volunteers across key functional areas.

    The Director of Operations will be expected to work on Sundays and selected holidays when the church is in operation.
