    Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic outside sales individual to lead the business development efforts for our fast growing restoration company.


    BASIC FUNCTIONS: Promote company mission statement, vision and values in a professional and creative fashion and identify, contact and secure potential clients to increase market share, sales and profitability, while also providing exceptional customer service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
    • Develop contacts. Maintain, establish and grow relationships with insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, realtors, commercial/residential property managers, construction industry tradesmen and other potential sources.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Obtain positive reviews and survey status.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and or exceed company wide and personal revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with SEO and social media and supporting website.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, and competitors.
    • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.
    • Compile and present detailed progress reports.
    • Help foster a positive and winning culture.
    • Create and maintain company incentive program.
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

    EXPERIENCE: 3 + years sales experience with construction industry, property insurance,Background in Residential and Commercial Reconstruction is highly desired.

    COMPENSATION: A combination of base salary and commission.

    LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

    • Previous marketing and/or sales experience and mid to senior career achievements
