- A bachelor's degree
- 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with min. 3 years leading a safety program in manufacturing
- Prior people management and / or experience leading work teams
- Advanced computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite and regulatory systems)
- Prior experience in Occupational Safety, Environmental or science related field engineering or risk management
