DaVita is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Director of Admissions within our Guest Services Team.
This position involves overseeing Patient Admissions operations for a significant geographic area in the United States, and the Director will report to the Vice President of Guest Services.
This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel of up to 20% required.
Qualified candidates should possess extensive leadership experience in process enhancement, the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities quickly, and the skills to recruit and develop management staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
As the Director of Admissions, this individual will need to establish strong relationships with various corporate teams, field leaders, physicians, and clinical operations teams to ensure the timely and efficient placement of new patient admissions. They will also be responsible for liaising with cross-functional Regional, Divisional, and Corporate teams regarding operational matters.
This pivotal role requires the utilization of management expertise to identify and implement enhancements to Contact Center policies, procedures, staff, systems, and overall environment. Candidates must be able to translate data metrics into actionable insights to meet predefined goals and expectations.
The successful candidate should also possess experience in project management, large-scale technology implementations, and process enhancements to drive nationwide improvements in partner experience.

Salary Range:$110,000 - $161,700 annually
