    Maximizes productivity of outside salespeople by regularly interacting with clients and responding to customer service requests, handling administrative responsibilities, and acting as an intermediary between

    sales and other departments and vendors.

    Assists salespeople in the preparation of accurate and complete quotes and orders, checking for accuracy of pricing and information.

    Processes acknowledgements in a timely fashion, resolving discrepancies to assure accurate deliveries.

    Coordinates deliveries, installations and service requests, prepares necessary paperwork and supervises these services when required.

    Regularly acts as customer service representative over the phone and face-to-face, professionally and promptly handling customer inquiries, taking the appropriate action to resolve customer concerns. Informs

    Sales Represent/Account Executive of developments in the sales/order process.

    Keeps accurate records according to the company's approved format. Responsible for provision of appropriate reports relating to order process and customer account backlog.

    Performs other duties as required to support the assigned salesperson(s), thereby allowing the salesperson(s) to maximize outside sales time.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

    Very good communications skills, both verbal and written.

    General knowledge of furniture product and project implementation.

    Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

    Ability to work independently as well as in a team situation
