    The Role:
    A Surgical Technologist is an allied health professional who works under the supervision of surgeons to facilitate safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room for surgery by setting up equipment, instruments, and supplies; maintaining sterility throughout the procedure; collaborating with nurses to ensure accurate counts; demonstrating commitment to personal growth through continuing education; recognizing teamwork as essential in achieving high-quality patient outcomes;
