    Registered Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

    Sign-on bonus: Labor and Delivery

    • Schedule: Full time nights, 7 p.m. - with every third weekend, rotating holidays, and on call requirements
    • Hospital: Must have 1 year of labor and delivery RN experience or 2 years acute care RN experience

    • Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
    • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
    • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
    • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
    1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience strongly preferred or 2 years of acute care RN experience strongly preferred
