    Technical/Functional Skills
    -MUST HAVE SKILLS
    • In-depth Hands on experience and process knowledge in Oracle Financial Modules mainly General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing Inventory, Fixed Asset
    • Data Conversion, Upgrades and implementation of Business application using Oracle E-Business Suite version R12x
    • Extensive work experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, extensions, Forms and Workflow,PL/SQL).
    • Knowledge of XML/BI publisher and Forms is desirable.
    • Experience in Client and Sysadmin.
    • Forms Customization and Personalization
    • Must be technically proficient in SQL and PLSQL with good exposure to codes and advanced PLSQL concepts.
    • Perform hands-on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new Oracle EBS R12 EBS Technical
    • Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document technical gaps & Perform tasks as identified by Project Manager for EBS R12 EBS Technica.
    • Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers business requirements.
    • Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams alike, manage personal task assignments, and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues and report to Management as needed.
    • Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
    • Participat e in validation/testing and release activities as needed.
    • Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process.
    • Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences, professional seniors/peers
    • dhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc during the course of an assignment.
