    Position Overview

    As a Product Manager on the Safety & Service Solutions team at Navistar, you will be responsible for managing the near-term product roadmap deliverables and serving as the customer advocate for products, features, and services related to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Connected Solutions, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) for all International Truck and IC Bus models.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Document scope in support of Business Strategy and Vehicle Level Attribute positioning: Coordinate and support needs of all Business Units for Technology Areas – ADAS, Connected Solutions, HMI
    • Support execution of programs in progress: Provide scope details, cross-functional scope trade-off decisions, and volumes
    • Provide Voice of Customer input: Liaison with Platform Chief Engineer on key product attribute trade-off decisions and SQs (Special Quotations)
    • Liaison for Product Program status: Define the value proposition for pricing and positioning of scope
    • Lead order conversion path and decisions: Manage near-term product roadmap

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree: At least 12 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
    • At least 2 years of lead experience OR Master's degree: At least 8 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience and at least 2 years of lead experience

    Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment-related work sponsorship for this position.
