In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, AHN is an accredited recognized leader in home health and hospice.

We are a proud and passionate team that works together to provide the highest quality patient care – care that makes a significant impact on people's lives every day.

This position supports patients in Templeton, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for an $8,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year

Up to 22 paid holiday and personal days off in year one

Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
