Anderson Reserve – Sweet, Idaho
Anderson Reserve is a destination steakhouse known for USDA Prime dry-aged beef, refined execution, and elevated hospitality. We are seeking a driven Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen alongside a James Beard–nominated Chef.
This is not a clock-in position — this is a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead line during service
- Maintain execution, plating & consistency
- Train and mentor line cooks
- Assist with ordering, prep lists & kitchen systems
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety & organization
Qualifications:
- Strong steakhouse or high-volume experience preferred
- Calm under pressure
- Leadership presence
- Passion for culinary growth
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
