Anderson Reserve – Sweet, Idaho

Anderson Reserve is a destination steakhouse known for USDA Prime dry-aged beef, refined execution, and elevated hospitality. We are seeking a driven Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen alongside a James Beard–nominated Chef.

This is not a clock-in position — this is a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead line during service
  • Maintain execution, plating & consistency
  • Train and mentor line cooks
  • Assist with ordering, prep lists & kitchen systems
  • Uphold cleanliness, food safety & organization

Qualifications:

  • Strong steakhouse or high-volume experience preferred
  • Calm under pressure
  • Leadership presence
  • Passion for culinary growth

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
