The Business Support Specialist role supports Bank products or services within the Treasury Management Servicing division. This is a fully remote phone agent position, managing customer calls within open business hours. Will work directly with customers to address issues and respond to inquiries. Facilitates workflow and ensures client satisfaction through the handling, processing, and servicing of requests.This role will support calling queue's between the hours of 9am-6pm Eastern Time.
