    Treasury Manager/Director

    The successful candidate must do the following:

    Use business knowledge and professional acumen to prepare reports, understand technical documents, request funding, and ensure compliance with debt facilities. Manage and complete monthly RWA calculations, controls, and reporting. Demonstrate independence and responsibility in managing assigned duties and problem solving. Willingly share knowledge, assist others, and demonstrate positive teamwork. Skillfully communicate with others to understand and deliver on reporting requirements.

    Position Responsibilities:

    1. Read, interpret, and translate debt facility legal documents into data requirements, reports, and processes
    2. Prepare complex, detailed weekly funding files to draw on debt facilities
    3. Calculate compliance metrics to ensure weekly fundings are within defined covenants and legal requirements
    4. Work with automation team to streamline/improve data collection and aggregation process to speed weekly funding file creation
    5. Manage and oversee completion of quarterly audit for debt facilities through coordination with peers, management, outside departments, and business partners
    6. Create ad-hoc reports, schedules, and projections of assets available to be pledged to debt facilities
    7. Understand and calculate risk weighted asset (RWA) percentages for various assets based on pre-established RWA methodology
    8. Perform pre-defined control procedures to ensure RWA data collection and calculation are properly performed, controlled, and documented
    9. Manage outsourcing partner for assignments being completed by them related to RWA and debt facilities
    10. Create ad-hoc, pro-forma reports, schedules, and projections of RWA positions under multiple scenarios
    11. Liaise with Accounting to provide data and assist in clearing reconciling items for sundry bookings
    12. Prepare and maintain various reports shared between the Legal and Finance teams
    13. Liaise with the Legal department to assist with reporting on attorney fees and litigation reserves
    14. Act as project manager and document provider for periodic due-diligence reviews
    15. Exercise good communication with peers, management, and in business-partner interaction
    16. Maintain good communication with upper management and all other relevant departments to ensure successful completion of Treasury's duties
    17. Develop and document operating procedures to improve business processes
    18. Exercise significant attention to detail in preparation, maintenance, and execution of the above duties and responsibilities
    19. Manage competing priorities and adapt to a changing work environment
    20. Prepare ad hoc reports, presentations, or analysis and fulfill other tasks as assigned
    Experience and Education Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or other closely-related field
    2. 5-10 years of business experience
    3. Proficient with Microsoft Office products with emphasis in Excel
    4. Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Excel in the following ways: data manipulation, lookups, pivot tables, filters, and other formulas as necessary
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with peers, management, outside departments, and business partners
    6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance workloads, manage projects, meet conflicting deadlines, and complete all assigned tasks, both recurring and ad hoc.
    7. Experience with audit management or project management
    8. Experience with SQL and intermediate query writing/manipulation skills (preferred)
