    A small commercial law firm with a 25+ year presence in Clear Lake seeks a paralegal with commercial litigation experience.

    The right candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive personality, and at least five (5) years of experience in the following: supporting attorneys by beginning drafts of basic motions, notices, and pleadings; answering and drafting discovery; preparing and developing evidence; adhering to reporting deadlines, scheduling order deadlines and preparing deposition, mediation and trial notebooks.

    A college degree or successful completion of either an American Bar Association-approved paralegal training program or a paralegal training program conducted by an accredited college or university is highly preferred.

    The firm uses Apple Macintosh computers exclusively.

    Compensation will be commensurate with your skills and experience. Benefits include 401(k), vacation time, holidays, and covered parking. We are a small, busy civil litigation firm that recently relocated to new offices located across from NASA.
