    TERRITORY SALES MANAGER (61) – Medical Equipment Sales

    $56,700 starting base plus no-cap commission and profit-sharing

    Territory Sales Manager Position:

    Immediate opening for a territory sales manager (TSM) located in the Greater Tri-Cities area to sell medical lifting and safe patient handling equipment and accessories to Hospitals, Long Term Care Facilities, and Nursing Homes throughout their defined territory by effectively demonstrating/selling products on value, quality & benefits to BioMed, nursing staff and management.

    Looking for:

    Someone who is self-motivated, hungry, a road warrior, and outgoing with the ability to create and cultivate relationships and build rapport with customers. Someone who demonstrates good communication skills and a willingness to follow up with their customers through face-to-face visits, phone calls, and email.

    Territory:

    The territory includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, & Montana. Substantial repeat business is seen in this territory, and sales are typically closed in approximately 25% of trials performed when effective follow-up is conducted. On-going customer product education and training are required and necessary for maintaining relationships and growing sales with the current customer base. This is a short to moderate sales cycle market.

    Sales Support:

    We provide extensive sales training both at the home office and in the field. Each territory has a territory sales assistant (TSA), customer support team, and service department to help manage the territory tasks. A cloud-based CRM system (Zoho) is utilized to manage appointments, deals, customers, and prospects.

    Salary/Commission/Benefits:

    A $56,700 base salary plus a 7.5% tiered commission. Travel expenses are covered; the vehicle is provided. No commission cap is set on sales. Benefits include a FULLY COMPANY-FUNDED RETIREMENT PLAN, health insurance, periodic bonuses, incentives, and life insurance.

    The tiered commission is as follows; 1.5% of commissionable sales at 60% of target, 3% of commissionable sales at 70% of target, 4.5% of commissionable sales at 80% of target, 6% of commissionable sales at 90% of target, 7.5% of commissionable sales at or above target. No cap on commission.

    Requirements:

    · Minimum 4-yr degree

    · Proven/successful outside sales experience

    · Medical/healthcare-related sales is a plus

    · Cold calls and customer prospecting

    · Professional, motivated, and hungry

    · Great communication skills

    · Good organizational skills

    · Proficient with iPhone, iPad, Word, and Excel

    · 75% to 80% travel to cover territory

    · Up-to-date vaccination records, including COVID-19

    · Good driving record & valid driver's license

    · Pre-employment drug test required
