HonorHealth is actively seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Surgery Teams to develop key program components to meet accreditation standards and ensure a successful launch of the VAD program.
About the Position
The Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Clinical Program Manager (APCPM) will oversee the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) practice model in specialty clinics and clinical pathways. Responsibilities include managing outpatient practices, inpatient care, and coordinating patient care with various professionals. The role involves working with the specialty Pillar Chief to establish and achieve clinical and programmatic goals aligned with specialty practice and cardiovascular service line (CVSL) objectives.
