The primary responsibilities include servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, cultivating new relationships to expand our client portfolio, and leading a dedicated team to achieve these goals. As you become proficient in our processes, there is a clear path to advance to the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily reports of field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Capacity to perform under high-paced and occasionally stressful circumstances
    • Passion for assisting others and building strong relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active participation in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression
