Your Key Responsibilities Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products. Develop, validate and implement production technologies. Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness. Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools. Validate machines and tools.

Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).Your QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from four-year college or university Statistical knowledge in basic SPC, training in SPC, and engineering experiments Experience working within a manufacturing/production environmentPreferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills, being able to identify trends and opportunities Demonstrates a sense of urgency in meeting customer expectations and delivering results.

Strong organizational, motivation, and communication skills. Minimum 2 years production technology engineering experience.
