    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Mental Health Specialist - Master's Level to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work one-on-one with each client assigned to you, providing exceptional care and support.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in either Education or Science, as well as a valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

    To excel in this position, you will need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid fingerprint-based criminal background check, and pass applicable HHSC registry checks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients addressing their mental health needs
    • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client requirements
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of psychiatric care services
