    Description
    Our Services Include

    • Civil site engineering - for all commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal projects.
    • Development services - to see projects through from start to finish. We provide project management, scope development, contract pricing coordination, permitting, approvals, site investigation, due diligence reports, legal descriptions, easements, legal exhibits, real estate exhibits, and other administrative documentation as needed.
    • Municipal engineering - for municipal design projects including water system design, sewer system design, storm drainage system design, beautification, planning, and roadway design.

    What You Will Be Doing

    You will prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and a variety of other engineering software

    What You Need For This Position

    • E.I.T. or P.E. strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Engineering Design of Land Development Projects
    • Utility Design
    • Site Grading
    • Storm Water Management Systems
    • Zoning Research
    • Permitting Research
    • Software Proficiency: AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency required
