    Job Description:
    GSA Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Mesa, Arizona. This position is a direct hire with a prominent Construction and Engineering Firm.


    Essential Duties:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and venders.

    Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources.

    Develop skills and mentor project management employees.

    Coordinate with General Superintendent on project manpower requirements

    Prepare and maintain Schedule of Values and Pay Applications throughout the project duration.

    Build and implement project schedules.

    Create and maintain change orders and logs.

    Oversee and plan each project with GC from pre-construction through turnover.


    Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple industrial projects at the same time and work in conjunction with the field superintendent and their daily operations to ensure they are complete, on time, and under budget.

    Oversee and manage daily project coordination.

    Respond to issues for ongoing project(s) RFIs in a timely manner.

    Review addendums and changes for bidding purposes

    Keep and maintain communications between company and GC's, subcontractors and owners throughout the building process.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    5+ years semiconductor industry I&C and power project management experience

    Proficient in estimating means and methods. Proficiency in Accubid or similar estimating software is highly preferred.

    Ability to produce and update a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.

    Ability to understand and organize an electrical estimate.

    Ability to provide project cost projections.

    Understand OSHA requirements on electrical projects.

    Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems

    Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
