    Description
    Long term remote position available for an Oracle Developer experienced with HR production support.

    As a Senior Oracle eBusiness Suite Developer, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite and PL/SQL to enhance our support existing business processes.

    Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless operations across various modules, including HR (including benefits and payroll), accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, purchasing, and fixed assets .

    Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining system stability, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvements.


    Responsibilities:

    Patching and Compliance:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance-related needs.
    Coordination and validation of within Oracle eBusiness Suite.
    Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

    UC4 is utilized for Job scheduling and workload automationSupport Monthly Oracle RefreshesApplication Service Requests:
    Provide timely support for application-related service requests.
    Communicate with end-users to gather requirements and clarify needs.


    Incident Troubleshooting and Resolution:
    Investigate and resolve system incidents promptly.

    Typical ticket volume is 50-70 tickets per month in varying levels of complexityAnalyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.


    Change Management:
    Participate in change management processes, including impact assessments and risk analysis.
    Implement approved changes following established procedures.


    Patching and Maintenance:
    Collaborate with system administrators to apply patches and updates.
    Conduct unit testing and quality assurance before releasing changes for user acceptance testing (UAT).


    Qualifications:


    Proficiency in Oracle eBusiness Suite modules, including HR (including benefits and payroll), accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, purchasing, and fixed assets .Strong PL/SQL development skills.

    XML, Java, LinuxAbility to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
    Familiarity with change management processes.
