- Saturday 6AM-2PM
- Sunday 6AM-7PM
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 2PM-7PM
- Assist with meal preparation as scheduled on the weekly menu.
- Support Lead Cook in food preparation and ordering.
- Serve residents in assisted living and memory care dining rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Operate dish machine and wash dishes when necessary.
- Clean and sanitize tables after residents have finished meals.
- Respond to residents' needs effectively.
- Ensure kitchen areas are clean and sanitary.
- Work collaboratively and courteously with others.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Adhere to facility infection control policies.
- Arrive punctually and ready for work.
- Ensure timely and proper serving of meals to residents.
- Maintain a positive and patient attitude towards residents and team members.
- Receive and store incoming food and supplies.
- Comply with state dietary service regulations.
- Set dietary goals to meet department and resident needs.
- Maintain professional attire.
- Keep accurate records.
- Perform assigned duties.
