The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator serves as the central hub for all marketing workflow project intake task coordination scheduling and execution support ensuring that all marketing initiatives are clearly documented properly scheduled and completed accurately and on time.Responsibilities
- Project Intake & Request Management Receive all marketing requests from Casino Operations and other departments Complete project request forms with full accurate compliant details Route finalized project requests to the Marketing Manager for review prioritization approval Manage day-to-day casino marketing calendar including promotions events entertainment property initiatives Track deadlines deliverables approvals status updates across multiple campaigns Coordinate communication among casino departments including Gaming Food Beverage Entertainment Hotel Compliance Operations Proactively identify flag scheduling conflicts bottlenecks risks Ensure smooth execution across concurrent casino campaigns promotional timelines Gather campaign inputs promotional details offer language disclaimers regulatory requirements creative direction Prepare task briefs design briefs internal teams external partners Route creative proofs appropriate approval channels compliance required Confirm delivery installation completion status property assets Track signage collateral materials required casino promotions tournaments entertainment events special activations Confirm installation timing placement inventory levels Support on-property execution setup coordination needed Capture engaging photo video content highlighting casino floor promotions entertainment dining guest experience Develop maintain social media posting calendar aligned approved promotional schedules Draft captions brand voice promotional language regulatory requirements Schedule content coordinate timing social platforms Track monthly engagement reach performance metrics Provide insights recommendations future content planning Attend annual BSAAML training scheduled
