**Overview:** Processes a variety of transactions related to warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, issuing parts to jobs, physically moving parts, and inventory counts.
**Skills and Abilities:**
Ability to:
Receive incoming materials, supplies and equipment.
Unload trucks, inspect material for damage or defects, uncrate and assemble materials if needed
Prepare crates and other items to be shipped
Efficiently and independently process shipping / receiving / inventory transactions in computer system with minimal errors
Operate material handling equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, delivery vehicle, etc.
Effectively demonstrate time management and organizational skills needed to complete competing tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines
Maintain good housekeeping in assigned area
Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures
Read, write and speak English
**Knowledge:**
General knowledge of inventory processes including storing, receiving, packaging, preserving, issuing, shipping, transferring, and inventory control
General knowledge of gas compression inventory parts preferred
**Minimum Education and Certification:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver license and good driving record
Forklift operator certification
**Minimum Experience:**
Typically at least 2 years related warehousing and inventory experience
Experience with inventory management systems preferred, preferably with Oracle
**Leadership:** May serve as a resource to others with less experience

Constantly required to display good manual dexterity and to reach with hands and arms
Frequently required to talk and hear
Frequently required to sit while driving material handling equipment, and to stand and walk with good balance
Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds and to push and pull up to 110 pounds
Occasionally required to stoop, twist, kneel, and squat
Occasionally required to climb, stairs and slanted ladders and carry up to 40 pounds with one hand
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
