Position Summary:

Working 20 hours per week, this position primarily focuses on data entry projects across various departments and supports in identifying and resolving duplicate records within the ERP system.
This role is essential for maintaining high-quality data standards and facilitating efficient operations.The Part-Time Data Entry and Integrity Specialist position offer an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to contribute to the efficient operation and integrity of data systems.
This role provides valuable experience in data management and support within a dynamic educational environment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks using designated systems and software, including entering student, faculty, and administrative information into relevant databases or spreadsheets.
Assist the Colleague System Administrator in conducting regular data integrity checks within the ERP system, identifying, and resolving duplicate records, inconsistencies, or errors to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Update and maintain records within the ERP system, including demographic information, course enrollments, grades, and other relevant data points, following established procedures and guidelines.
Review data entries for accuracy and completeness, performing validation checks and corrections as needed to maintain data integrity and reliability.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather and verify data, resolve discrepancies, and address data-related issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and assistance to end users on data entry processes, best practices, and system functionalities, promoting data quality awareness and adherence to standards.
Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders, summarizing data entry activities, findings, and outcomes for monitoring and decision-making purposes.
