    A successful Office Coordinator shall assist with and coordinate the activities of the field office staff; shall assist in ensuring that all billing/payroll data for assigned personnel/sub-contractors is processed, and accounted for timely and accurately.

    At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

    What you'll do...


    • The Office Coordinator maintains electronic filing systems.
    • Records, files, and proficient at emails.
    • Assists in obtaining permits and licenses.
    • Maintains project records.
    • Codes invoices for project manager approval, issues, and maintains PO log.
    • The Office Coordinator will maintain various job trackers (Excel)
    • The Office Coordinator will collect, assemble, and report production daily.
    • Updates job tracking reports.
    • The Office Coordinator will check timesheets to ensure they are filled out correctly.
    • The Office Coordinator will provide assistance to Project Manager, Supervisors, and field employees as needed.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Who we are looking for...


    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
    • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
    • P roficient with Microsoft suite ( Excel , Word, etc.) and/or Google suite (Gmail, Sheets)
    • Organized
    • Fast learner
    • Self-starter - Able to work on their own, comfortable taking on responsibilities without having to be continually directed.
    • 2-5 years relevant experience
    • Good people skills. Able to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner.
    • Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.
    • Possesses good verbal and written skills.
    • Must help to solve problems as opposed to starting, adding to or feeding on them.
    • Ability to multitask several assignments simultaneously.
