• A minimum of three years of experience
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with New Jersey admission a plus
• Hybrid Positions offering some remote opportunities
• Philadelphia and Willow Grove Positions Available
• Candidates will navigate a personal caseload through all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings and depositions through arbitrations and trials
• Individual Case Inventory
• Interaction with insurance companies
• Court Appearances, including Arbitration Hearings, Case Management Conferences, Motion Court Appearances, Jury Selection, Jury Trials
• Participation in Settlement Negotiations
