Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products to drive sales. As a Retail Sales Consultants you'll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine. Serving as the point of contact between our business and our customers. This position has a wide range of responsibilities. The most important would be identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information related to our products and services. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current in all the ways we work to meet our customers' needs.
We are actively looking for individuals with professional experience in front-facing customer services positions that are driven to exceed in sales, while still creating a positive experience for the customer look forward to returning. We are fostering an atmosphere of integrity and trust for our sales team. Our ideal candidates have work experience in an hourly plus commission pay role and enjoy participating in weekly competition for positive market recognition and spiffs.
