As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
What You'll Do
First point of contact for visiting employees. Follow security protocols and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, Daily walks and office checks to ensure: clean & tidy office space; adequate office supplies.
Respond to employee requests via Jira ticketing system. Acknowledge inquiries or complaints, and provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.Organize and manage on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies. Also may involve registering and welcoming guests.
Manage rooms, all-hands areas, and other bookable spaces, helping troubleshoot any schedule clashes or booking of event space for team and employee needs.
Be proactive in managing deliveries and contractors coming on site. Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. This includes snack and catering vendors as well as deliveries/shipping/receiving.You will support the Workplace Manager in cultivating a positive office culture and incorporating our core values. Collaborate and/or plan and execute company-sponsored events, manage in-office programs (e.g. gym registration), and foster a safe, fun, and inclusive work environment.
Onboarding Support:
Set up employee desks for new joiners, conduct building tours.
Be familiar with the physical security operations in the office and the building and maintain a close liaison with the key stakeholders.
Coordinate with the security team when there are events, visitors, during an incident and when any works are being planned.
Collaborate with the Workplace Manager and Security Team during fire and evacuation exercises.What You'll Need
High School Diploma with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Working knowledge of Google Docs and Slack. Some experience with Jira would be useful but not required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience.
The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $65,000 annually.
