    How will you make an impact?

    As an Account Manager, you are responsible for commercial and residential landscape maintenance accounts and focusing on new business, as well as maintaining an assigned portfolio.

    Here's what your responsibilities will be:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales goals
    • Execute contracts for all prospective projects before work begins
    • Enhancements Sales – sales of additional services to current clients to add value to their properties.
    • Have a thorough understanding of each contract to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability
    • Manage current work portfolio – Monitor each account by conducting regular client walk-throughs to ensure customer and company expectations are being met
    • Promote and execute effective and proactive communication with Field Supervisor regarding client's service requests and feedback.
    • Coordinate meetings with clients regularly and follow up to provide feedback regarding items discussed and course of actions.
    • Client retention - develop a long-lasting relationship with current and potential clients through good communication practices.
    • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
    • Participates in weekly sales & operations meetings
    • Assist with snow and ice management services

    Here is what our "Ideal candidate" looks like:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the green industry
    • Ability to develop client relationship and provide excellent customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to solve issues as they arise while keeping good communication with everyone involved
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
    • Professional demeanor and image
    • College degree preferred but not required
