    Are you a passionate, mission-driven mental health clinician who thrives in fast-paced, community-based work? Do you want to be part of a new initiative designed to deliver intensive support to youth and families when they need it most?

    Astor Services is launching an innovative program called Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) within our Crisis Services Department, and we're looking for a skilled Mental Health Clinician to help bring this vision to life.

    As a Youth ACT Clinician, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of youth and their families.

    You'll provide compassionate, high-quality assessment and treatment that meets each child and family exactly where they are-clinically, emotionally, and within their unique family system.

    Every intervention is personalized, strength-focused, and rooted in evidence-based practices to ensure meaningful, lasting impact for the youth and caregivers we serve.


    What You'll Do:

    • Provide home- and community-based assessment, treatment planning, individual & family therapy, and crisis intervention.
    • Deliver highly individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to the complex needs of each child and family.
    • Collaborate closely with a supportive team to respond rapidly and adjust care as needs evolve.
    • Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation.
    • Rotate in the team's 24/7 on-call, over the phone crisis intervention coverage to ensure continuous care for enrolled clients.

    Salary:
    $67,000/yearly

    Requirements

    What We're Looking For:

    • Candidates who are passionate about clinical work and motivated to help youth succeed in real-world environments.
    • Individuals who are licensed or license eligible in New York State (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD. MSW-LP, MHC-LP ).
    • Experienced in child, adolescent, and family therapy, including mental health crisis intervention.
    • People who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and respond compassionately in moments of crisis.
    • Individuals with valid New York State driver's licenses meeting agency standards.
    • Due to meeting with families in their home, must be able to navigate environments that may not comply with ADA standards, including climbing and descending stairs without assistance.
