    Adventist Health Clear Lake is seeking a multiple Family Medicine physician to join our hospital's network of faith-based, rural health clinics in beautiful Lake County, CA .

    This is an outstanding opportunity, perfect for someone who wants to work with a collegial medical staff and make an immediate impact while living and working in a beautiful, family-oriented rural community within easy reach of the Napa Valley, Santa Rosa and San Francisco.

    100% outpatient opportunity
    MA, front office and back office support
    No ED call coverage
    Shared clinic call
    Part-time and Full-time opportunities available

    Adventist Health Medical Group

    Candidates must be BC/BE, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.

    Salary Scale:
    $290,000-$314,000/ year sign on bonus, relocation reimbursement and annual metric bonus also available, and not included in the above salary range. Production compensation model is also available and the choice of the provider to be paid on a guarantee or production model

    Adventist Health Clear Lake

    (AHCL) is a 25-bed Critical Access medical center in Clearlake, California, serving Lake County. Services include 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT mammography), home care, ICU, laboratory, maternity, physical rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgery, and ten rural health clinics around the lake that provide primary care, behavioral health, dental care, OB/GYN, pediatrics and specialty health care services.
