As Data Analyst

, you will be working in a team to coordinate, manage, and analyze construction schedules and documentation for various projects. Senior Consultants are responsible for performing inspections of project sites to evaluate project progress, conducting an analysis of project documents and schedules, and effectively relaying findings. Senior Consultants are expected to use a large measure of independent judgement, considering, and weighing alternatives when appropriate, taking into account the financial and operational significance of the services being performed.

Responsibilities:
Manage efficient planning and delivery of system updates, modifications, and adoption of best practices policies; Conduct research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the systems to streamline processes

Implement products' new features to increase the utilization of the system through user engagement and provide recommendations for process improvements

Collaborate with Assistant Director of Technology and external vendors on system integration and data scrubbing as needed

Provide support and training to staff on an ongoing basis to best utilize the systems, developing -how to- guides, training videos, and procedural manuals; Resolve technical issues with software vendors and/or contractors as needed

As a Data Specialist, you will maintain data integrity, oversee information validation, data corrections, system utilities protocols, and evaluate the data usability for statistics and reporting needs

Act as system administrator to troubleshoot and work toward resolution of problems

Requirements

Demonstrate the ability to gather, analyze, and systematically compile technical information with attention to details – required

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, and integration with other company systems – required

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others to explain project concepts – required

Knowledge of the database environment such as workflow diagrams, macros, SQL, and Visual Basic – preferred

Knowledge of Block Grant Management system – preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Adobe Professional – desired.

BS in Computer Science.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position.

Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, and flexible time off. Haalufa USA reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
