- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly in the M&A context.
- Large corporate experience background preferred.
- Accounting for income tax experience is a plus.
- Ability to effectively use Excel, PowerPoint, and software tools with large volumes of data and CorpTax experience is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex tax issues, opportunities and risk to non-tax experts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to provide guidance when confronted with the continuing ambiguity caused by the significant gray areas in tax law.
- Active learner and critical thinker that is detail oriented with strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented, technically curious, team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience operating at a strategic level with remote teams and advisors.
- Readiness for occasional travel, including global travel as required.
