    Growing Team Member Wanted

    We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our team at Yost & Campbell.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the installation of HVAC and Generator projects between Yost & Campbell and homeowners, ensuring exceptional customer service.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their HVAC/Generator installation.
    • Set project timelines and expectations with customers prior to work commencing.
    • Configure jobs on ESC (Enterprise System) from quotes, including all necessary information for field teams.
    • Manage incoming calls for the service and installation departments as needed.
    • Complete tasks assigned by the Installation Manager within the Installation Department.
    • Enter consultants' quotes into ESC.
    • Monitor installations from inception to final equipment start-up.

    Daily Tasks:

    • Create quotes on ESC.
    • Assist in filing jobs with relevant municipalities.
    • Expedite required NYC DOB applications.
    • Process rebates for new installations.
    • Submit Con Ed work requests for new installations.
    • Schedule installation timings.
    • Communicate daily with Project Coordinators and Installation Managers.
    • Notify Service of 1-year membership after installation completion.

    Customer Service Focus:

    • Follow up with customers to ensure they receive proposals and have their questions answered.
    • Collect deposits from customers and provide them to Installation Managers for processing on ESC.
    • Assist customers with financing options.
    • Schedule installation days.
    • Ensure equipment is in stock or ordered by the Warehouse Manager.
    • Verify installation completion and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide positive or negative feedback to the Office Manager from homeowners.
    • Work collaboratively with Yost & Campbell and Installation Department teams.

    Requirements:

    • Project scheduling experience: 2 years (Preferred)

    Working Conditions:

    • 8-hour shift.
    • Day shift.
    • Monday to Friday.
    • No nights.

    Location:

    • Mount Vernon, NY 10550: Must be able to commute or relocate after starting work.
