- Audit and confirm all Food and Beverage meet franchise and CMC Hotels standard
- Must be an Experienced Cook
- Minimum 1-year management experience and or 2 years Hotel restaurant experience
- Must be able to perform all F&B duties, to include cooking, bartending, and serving
- Experience with Micros and Fosse PMS operating systems a plus
- Guest oriented and service minded
- Able to multi-task and delegate, in order to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
- ServSafe certified a preferred
