    If you are seeking a forward-thinking culture, meaningful work with great clients, and an opportunity for advancement without a personal investment to benefit from ownership, join our growing firm now The Water Resources Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager will work closely with other water resources staff and project managers to perform water resources analysis and design activities primarily in the delivery of municipal projects.

    This position will support our expanding Minnesota operations working in conjunction with other water resources staff across all AE2S geographies and our Water Resources Practice Leader by assisting with business development.

    Responsibilities * Perform analysis and planning related to floodplain and stormwater management facilities utilizing XP/SWMM, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, and other water resource engineering software.

    * Provide professional services for water resources engineering projects to include planning, study, design, and construction administration. * Provide review of stormwater management plans submitted to municipalities.

    * Lead specific tasks of large projects or manage smaller projects and manage performance of assigned project team members including other Project Engineers, Engineers in Training, and Engineering Technicians.

    * Maintain existing client relationships and pursue relationships with new clients. * Assist the Water Resources Practice Leader in identifying, evaluating, pursuing, and managing project opportunities. * Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work. * Assist in maintaining budgets and schedules of project assignments and in maintaining quality client relationships and communication. * Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings.
