Travel MRI Technologist Number of positions: 1 Shift: Day shifts- 36 hours (weekends rotating)

Duration: 13 weeks

Hourly Pay:
$76 OT: 1.5 Weekly pay: $2,850 JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the MRI Site Supervisor and/or Chief Technologist performs a variety of duties necessary for the smooth operation of the MRI scanner and patient schedule. The Staff Technologist utilizes all their technical skills and training to ensure the safe and accurate operation of the MRI scanner. QUALIFICATIONS Must have excellent communication skills. Must be initiative-taking and have the ability to work in a healthcare setting. Must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of the Center's Outlook electronic communication system. BLS Certification. Required Experience with PACS systems. Required Minimum of associate degree in Radiology or an accredited MRI Certificate Program. Required Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). MRI Certification required within 15 months of hire. Preferred Radiologic Technology Licensure in the state of Massachusetts. This is for nights and weekends.
