- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Ohio, or the ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in traffic engineering, with proficiency in traffic analysis software such as VISSIM, Synchro, and HCS.
- Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, transportation planning methodologies, and relevant design standards (e.g., MUTCD, AASHTO).
- Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD and Civil 3D
