    Position Overview:


    As a Traffic Engineer II, you will play a vital role in the planning, analysis, and design of transportation systems and traffic management solutions.

    Working collaboratively with project teams and clients, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to address complex traffic challenges.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, leverage cutting-edge technology, and make a positive impact on mobility and urban development in Ohio.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Ohio, or the ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
    • Minimum of 510 years of experience in traffic engineering, with proficiency in traffic analysis software such as VISSIM, Synchro, and HCS.
    • Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, transportation planning methodologies, and relevant design standards (e.g., MUTCD, AASHTO).
    • Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD and Civil 3D
