Job Description

This position supports plant operations by providing technical assistance and conducts tests to determine quality of raw materials and finish products in order to assure in-spec products.

Duties of Job:

Perform testing of in process materials and finished products

Enter records into the quality database

Inventory of laboratory supplies

Construct Certificates of Analysis (CofA) for customers

Review and approve all incoming raw material certificate of analyses

Maintain third party certifications and audits

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of one to three years experience in a laboratory environment and quality measurement systems

Possess good verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills

Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office products

Ability to perform work independently and with minimal supervision

Ability to work flexible hours and to travel when required
