    Adjunct Faculty, Mental Health Counseling

    The Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Manhattan University seeks outstanding applicants for a part-time Adjunct Professor for the Mental Health Counseling Master's Program.

    • This search is open to candidates specializing in all areas of Mental Health Counseling with special consideration given to those candidates with expertise in the areas of ethical and professional training, mentoring students in practicums and internships, and using digital technologies to enhance teaching and learning, including teaching online.

    An M.S. in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required, with a strong preference for candidates who hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate experience in teaching and advising master's-level students.

    • Must have earned an M.S.,PhD/Psy,D.or equivalent degree from area
    • Hold NYS Licensure as Healthcare Professional
