- Develop and manage Circle's Sanctions Compliance Program
- Provide guidance on designing sanctions screening platforms and controls
- Plan, design, and test configurations for Sanction screening applications
- Identify and advise on compliance risks related to AML and Sanctions
- Stay current on key Sanctions regulatory changes and industry trends What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of relevant compliance experience with specialization in managing Sanctions programs
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
- Compliance experience in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency
- Extensive knowledge of OFAC, UN, and other Global Sanctions regulatory guidance
- Experience with client and transaction sanction screening systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in RegTech or Fintech companies
- Proven experience with regulatory exams and presenting to examiners
- Familiarity with client screening and associated alert reviews
- Comfort working in an everchanging industry
