    • Develop and manage Circle's Sanctions Compliance Program
    • Provide guidance on designing sanctions screening platforms and controls
    • Plan, design, and test configurations for Sanction screening applications
    • Identify and advise on compliance risks related to AML and Sanctions
    • Stay current on key Sanctions regulatory changes and industry trends What is Required (Qualifications):
    • 12+ years of relevant compliance experience with specialization in managing Sanctions programs
    • 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
    • Compliance experience in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency
    • Extensive knowledge of OFAC, UN, and other Global Sanctions regulatory guidance
    • Experience with client and transaction sanction screening systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • Experience in RegTech or Fintech companies
    • Proven experience with regulatory exams and presenting to examiners
    • Familiarity with client screening and associated alert reviews
    • Comfort working in an everchanging industry
