Overview:
Your primary goal is to develop an exceptional API automation product that enables customers to easily discover and utilize integrations in their daily tasks.
This results in an abstraction of API complexity to a wide variety of user profiles so that they can build integrations across systems without the need of being API experts.
who can also address a talk track on these technical topics without losing their not-so technical audience.
The ideal candidate has a prior work track in an Agile/Scrum technical environment, can drive engineering teams, manage product backlogs and has high customer engagement skills.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to gain a detailed understanding of each of the different microservices so that you do not only manage the feature level, but understand the technical debt.
What you'll do at UiPath:
Manage and develop the product backlog by identifying gaps in the product landscape
Write specifications for new and updated epics and stories
Prioritize the road map, release schedule and estimations
Align and communicate with internal stakeholders (product teams, engineering, marketing, sales,etc.)
Drive agile discipline and practice to the PM and Development teams (Sprint review, planning, retros,
)
Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
Closely collaborate with global engineering teams on an ongoing basis
Document and communicate release artifacts and implications
Contribute to the UiPath product vision and road map
Be a product evangelist both internally and externally
Instrument our products and use data for product decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and players
What you'll bring to the team:
5+ years of Product Management experience
Proven hands-on experience in API driven products
Proficiency in SOAP/GraphQL/REST and JSON, SQL
Knowledgeable in service driven architectures, authentication standards, webhooks, queues, cloud vs on-prem
Data-driven mindset
Experience managing engineering backlogs
Great communication and collaboration skills with a wide variety of partners
Positive, can-do attitude with a problem solving mindset
Ability to adapt quickly to multiple changes
BS degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience in automation / workflows / RPA is a plus

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $146,200 and $219,250.
Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
